We are proud to align with the UK Agent Quality Framework — a sector-wide initiative that ensures every student receives honest, high-quality guidance throughout their study journey.
The UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) was launched at the 2023 BUILA conference and brings together UK institutions, education advisors, and government bodies around a shared ethical charter. As a study abroad consultancy working with leading UK university partners, we are required — and proud — to operate in line with the AQF.

The foundation of the AQF, ensuring transparency, integrity, and high-quality support for international students through five core ethical standards.
We conduct ourselves with integrity, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and act in a manner that reflects positively on the UK education sector. We maintain full transparency about the organisations we represent and all relationships we hold.
We promote our partner institutions fairly, without negative comparisons or misleading claims. We are transparent about commission arrangements or student fees, and maintain clear, signed agreements with every student client.
We provide accurate, tailored guidance based on each student's individual needs, goals, and capabilities. We never knowingly provide false or misleading information, and always present a range of providers aligned to the student's profile.
We act in the best interests of every student — without prejudice or discrimination. We provide pastoral care and wellbeing support, advise on rights and responsibilities in the UK, and ensure strict confidentiality of all personal information.
